A thorough, two-way interview process ensures that candidates find the best fit for their career goals and allows us to build a company ready for the future.

Phone Screen

A 15–30-minute conversation with the recruiter. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about each other and see if this is a good fit- both for you and for us! Why are you interested in working here? What experience can you bring? What can we offer you that makes us an employer of choice? Let's explore these questions and more!

Technical Interview/ Manager Interview (role dependent)

A 45 minute to 1 hour conversation with the recruiter, manager, and technical team lead (if applicable). This conversation will be role dependent and will give us insight into the depth and breadth of your knowledge directly related to the role. We take our recruiting and culture seriously (it’s how we stay awesome and keep our employees and customers happy) so this is a great opportunity for you to show off what you know and what you can do! This is also a great chance for you to talk to the manager and technical lead about 'a day in the life'.

Conversation with Hiring Manager/Department Head (optional)

If there are any additional questions after the technical screen, we may ask for a quick clarification call. In certain situations, the department head likes to have a meet and greet with candidates as well.

Verbal Offer

So, your skills and attitude are a fit for us and you like what you have learned about our awesome culture and the role itself- great! Before we move forward with a background and reference check, you and your recruiter will have a conversation about our employee value proposition (compensation, benefits, and other perks) to confirm that what we can offer will meet your needs.

Background and Reference Check

The background check is a simple form from our background check company for you to complete electronically. We will also ask you for 2 references; be sure to give them a heads up that they will be getting a call or email from us (otherwise they will think we are spam!) so that they can be ready to give us some details about the time they spent working with you.

Written Offer

Once the background and references are successfully completed, we will agree on a start date and get your written offer sent over to you to review. The offer letter is generated through our HRIS system and is quick and easy to electronically sign!
